Six Pairs of Encounters

»Six Pairs of Encounters« is based on personal stories. It is about pairs that simply do not wish to part, about the inactive and inanimate power of resistance and about dependent and coexistent relationships. The encounters are based on the variables of two zeros and two ones and their linear pairings. By seeing things from the perspective of others, the artist InYoung Yeo continues the stories with encounters as an observer and sometimes as a conversational partner—conversations about, in, and out of »holes«.
