Die Jagd

Ulrike Schulze loves to fool the visitors of her exhibitions and so she does in her present exhibition “Die Jagd” (eng. The Hunt).
The principle that you do not get what you expect is also present in Ulrike Schulze's works. She uses materials apparently worthless and with shapes of accidential oddments. The artist stages her objects like parked or forgotten pieces. Something incidential, undesigned sticks to her presentation. But in fact you see sculptures precisely arranged in the particular local situation.

Ulrike Schulze is a sculptress. Her materials are clay or ceramic, chipboards and oddments which generate rough aesthetics.
